As coaches and mentors to young student-athletes of all different backgrounds we believe it is our duty to take on issues outside of sports teaching our kids the importance of giving back. As we witnessed tensions brewing around racial and social injustices in our communities we created our #OneTeam shirt design with the purpose of setting the example for youth nationwide with our message of unity and togetherness despite any cultural differences we may have. We are now selling these shirts and other apparel on our website wearealloneteam.org with money raised from this campaign benefiting the fight against social injustices we continue to see in our communities.
